Description:
The test rpl.rpl_backup takes longer time to execute in mysql-next-mr-backup than in mysql-6.0-backup.
I doubt if backporting caused this issue.

How to repeat:
run the test like this:
./mtr rpl.rpl_backup

TEST RESULT TIME (ms)
------------------------------------------------------------

worker[1] Using MTR_BUILD_THREAD 300, with reserved ports 13000..13009
rpl.rpl_backup 'row' [ pass ] 122807
rpl.rpl_backup 'stmt' [ pass ] 122920
rpl.rpl_backup 'mix' [ pass ] 122596

Takes ~370 seconds to execute.

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat with latest clone of both source trees running on Fedora Core 12 X64 running on laptop with just 2 GB RAM the difference was 2 seconds. Which environment have you tested?.

Strange, I tried with both latest trees. My configuration : 32bit-Ubuntu on core 2 Duo 2.4 GHZ with 4GB RAM.

With latest trees, the test behaves in the same way, taking >350 sec to complete.
