What exact version of MySQL Workbench, 5.x.y, you had used, and on what exact OS?

This should be a duplicate of Bug#45305 (c/NET) or several WB bugs.

the version of MySQL Workbench is 5.2.16
mysql version is 5.1.43 on Aix 5.1.43 
.net version 3.5 sp1

I see the error when click on server administrator or manage security
