Description:
This is reproducible in both 5.1.18SE, 5.2.16OSS versions of workbench. Essentially I have a table which was modified (char set), and upon sync, the script attempts to drop the columns in the table and then recreate them instead of change them.

How to repeat:
Changed the char set. See attached files for source/model/sync script comparison
