Description:
if you change the name of user in the ASdministratot, corresponded line in the list of user isn't changed
'refresh' causes access violation 

How to repeat:
1. run administrator
2. go to User Administration page
3. press New User
4. input user name 'test_user'
5. press Apply Changes
6. change name of the user to test_user1
7. press Apply changes

note, name in the left list isn't change

8. press right mouse button in the left list and select 'Refresh user list' from the menu

get 'access violation'
