Description:
If you enter a long query into the SQL editor to cause the horizontal scrollbar to appear, then delete the query, the horizontal scrollbar is still visible.

The vertical scrollbar doesn't suffer from the same problem.

How to repeat:
- Open the SQL Editor
- Enter a long query on a single line into the editor to cause the horizontal scroll bar to appear
- Select everything in the editor and delete
- The horizontal scrollbar is still visible

Suggested fix:
Remove the horizontal scrollbar when not required.

Sorry, it was the wrong bug report. This scrolling feature is by design.
