Description:
I just updated a test installation of MySQL Workbench from 5.2.8 to 5.2.16 and tried to create a new model. This results in an unexpected error (see also attachment):

Unknown exception caught in .../backend/windows/wbprivate.wr/src/Wb.h at line 1087

Furthermore, I tried to open an existing model created in version 5.2.8. Here, the same error occurs and only the EER diagram is opened. The model tab is not available.

I did not try to reproduce the error with a clean installation.

How to repeat:

1) Update an existing installation of MySQL Workbench from 5.2.8 to 5.2.16.
2) Try to create a new model

It might be necessary to have existing models to reproduce the error and to open one of these existing models first.

This can be a duplicate of/related to Bug #51467 (crash on the same line).

We fixed lots of bugs and it looks like we fixed this problem here by accident.

Please try actual version 5.2.21 RC and let us know if this problem is gone.
