Description:
include/probes_mysql_nodtrace.h is added in BZR repository.
'make distclean' removes it.

That might happen because include/probes_mysql_nodtrace.h is also
auto-generated under some circumstances.

How to repeat:
- build (BUILD/compile-xxx)
- bzr status -- no removed files
- make distclean
- bzr status
removed:
  include/probes_mysql_nodtrace.h

The file has to be moved from DISTCLEANFILES to MAINTAINERCLEANFILES.

Also, if a file is generated automatically, then it should *not* be checked in in bzr.
