Description:
I tried to use Administrator on a MySQL server v. 3.23.54.

It is not posible to view or administrate user accounts. When I try to view any user accont I get the following error message:

---
Error while fetch user information.

MySQL Error Nr.1064
You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'CHARACTER SET UTF8' at line 1
---

How to repeat:
Click on: User Administration -> any user account

Suggested fix:
It should be posible to change/configure the character set for each server.

The new GUI tools only support MySQL servers starting from 4.0.

The next release will show a warning message stating that connecting to 3.x servers is not supported. This has been missing till now. Some of the features still work for 3.x, like the health monitoring.
