Description:
QB is unable to run certain (even short) SQL scripts, both when pasted into the script control or loaded into tab from file. 
Pasting into script control often screws up line ending (square character instead of CR).
All script I had the problems with run fine though mysql command line client.

How to repeat:
Take any fairly complex script, copy/paste into script control or open from disk, execute-> SQL error messages appear.
Can provide sample scripts if needed.
