How to repeat:
Try to open a large SQL file, in my case 139MB. Constains a SQLDump of a table with thousands of BLOB fields.

Spec of my PC is Windows7x64 4GB Ram Intel Quad Core. I closed all applications and Task Manager reported 1.2GB RAM free.
