Description:
After opening an admin connection to a (remote) server
the only tab which is usable is "data dump" all others are schowing: "server is not running".
used server version is mysql server 5.0 on ubuntu lts, 64bit
ssh is _not_ used for the connection. and should not be necessary for user account managemant.

can anyone repeat this with a newer or locally installed server?

open an admin connection to a server

Suggested fix:
server should be recognized as running and some of the functionality should be usable.
