Description:
GCP stop is one of the most common types of node failure seen by users.  We currently show a lot of numbers in the ndb out log generated by Dbdih::dumpGcpStop which can be used to determine the type of GCP stop.

As well as this we should output a message stating the type of GCP stop and possible remedies.
