Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat on Windows Vista X64 and MySQL server 5.1.42. Have you created a New Server Instance and New Connection?. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I created new Server Instance and Connection. I can double click the Instance to open Server Admin window, and use Status, Configuraton, Accounts, etc. But when I double click the Connection to open SQL Editor, it popop the error window as previous desc. Possible related to .Net Framework? When I install .Net 3.5, it hung for one time, so I killed it and reinstalled it again.

could you try with latest available version (5.2.15) and see if the problem persists?
