What exact tool do you use for making backup? MySQL Administrator (not supported any more) or something else?

Sorry, but according to http://www.mysql.com/support/eol-notice.html MySQL Administrator is no longer supported. No bug fixes at least. Please, try to use similar functions of MySQL Workbench 5.2.11.
