Description:
Header of catalina.sh mentions some environment variables which may be specified to configure tomcat.

So user may decide to set some variables directly in catalina.sh and these changes will not survive MEM upgrade.

related to bug #48485

How to repeat:
n/a

Suggested fix:
Please line below to header of catalina.sh :

# DO NOT CHANGE THIS FILE - PUT CUSTOM PARAMETERS IN setenv.sh

Put this line to header of setenv.sh :

# setenv.sh - PUT HERE CUSTOM PARAMETERS FOR catalina.sh
