Krisztian: What video adapter do you have? Check Help > System Info Javier: What exact table should I drag and where to grop it with your model to get this error? I've tried to move almost all of them on my XP SP3 without any result. This was on: MySQL Workbench OSS for Windows version 5.2.15 Cairo Version: 1.8.8 Rendering Mode: GDI requested (create a diagram to confirm) OpenGL Driver Version: Not Detected OS: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600) CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 1.86GHz, 1.0 GiB RAM Video adapter info: Adapter type: Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family Chip Type: Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Controller BIOS String: Intel Video BIOS Video Memory: 131072 KB though.

In my case it doesn't matter and is not on a particular table either.

I have this same issue. Even with the -swrendering switch I get the error described. For me it occurs when hovering over the table object's header (what would normally highlight the table and it's relations). I am able to save the model after the error. If there there is a debug build or something available to get a trace out I'd be happy to install it and provide.
