Description:
The new performance schema does not get build when one uses the ./BUILD/compile-pentium-debug-max-no-ndb , and possibly other ./BUILD scripts

How to repeat:
1. Compile with ./BUILD/compile-pentium-debug-max-no-ndb

2. mysqld --verbose --help contains no mention of performance schema

3. storage/perfschema does not contain a .so file
