Description:
Allow to select many servers from the Manager servers tab, and delete them al with just one click.

How to repeat:
1- Try to delete 10 servers from the UI
2- Find that you need to do 20 clicks to do so :(

The documentation has been updated with the new method for deleting servers, and an entry has been added to the 2.2.0 changelog.
