Description:
No refresh after “Creates”
Also not obvious enough to find Refresh

How to repeat:
create a new object (table etc)

Suggested fix:
refresh automatically

also

should add ribbon-like menu bar under Overview. Same for other tabs in SQL Editor

refreshing the overview is already implemented in 5.2.16. 
the toolbar is on the list for 5.2

I also think that the refresh should happen when an object is altered.

Same problem exists in 5.2.21.  If I add a new field to a table, in the tree on the right side, if I open up the database, the new field is not there, but if I right-click and do a Refresh All, it shows up.
