Description:
Current message when opening another model is not helpful enough

Do you want to save pending changes to the document?

How to repeat:
open a model. make a change. go to home screen and open or create a new one.

Suggested fix:
Only one model can be open at a time.  Do you wish to save the pending changes to the currently open model? If you don’t they will be lost.

Also doesn’t tell you it will close prior it the prior was saved. 

Should prompt 

Opening another datamodel will close the currently open model.  Do you wish to proceed. Y/N

Do you mean:
- it should not tell user the document will be closed if the prior document is already saved

or

- it is not currently telling that the document will be closed if it is already saved?
