Thank you for the bug report. Yes there are similar issue reported, I couldn't repeat repeat on XP SP3 32-bit, can you try the version without installer?. Thanks in advance.

i just downloaded and ran the "without installer," same problem for both query browser and administrator. i'm not sure if this helps, but for adminstrator the error is not immediate upon login, however i can cause the error consistently by clicking on the backup or catalogs icons, no other icons cause the error immediately. the address is not always the same, but seems to rotate between a few values, i assume this is just a memory location. let me know if you need other information.

Sorry, but Windows 7 is not a supported platform for Query Browser, yet. Check http://www.mysql.com/support/supportedplatforms/tools.html. As your bug is NOT repeatable on XP, I am not sure if we can really help you.

i wasn't aware anything besides xp wasn't supported. oh well, just thought i'd help and submit a bug.
