Description:
I encountered the following problems. When I start WinMySqlAdmin If I start the service appears follwoing error: Fails to Start the Service.
When I run C:\MySql\mysql to connect Mysql on the screen appears follwoing message:
Can't to connect to MySql Server on localhost: 10061.
I encountered some problem using FoxServ, that includes MySql 3.23.

How to repeat:
Start the service:
Fails to Start the Service.
C:\MySql\bin\mysql.exe:
Can't to connect to MySql Server on localhost: 10061.

This is not a repeatable bug report. Please see your error log in the data directory for a reason the 
server could not be started.
