Description:
2 instances needed deleting.
I selected one and deleted it without any problems
I selected the other one and got the error message.

"U0002 You must login to access the requested resource - Go to login page"

There was no need to log back in again, just the error message pops up. I could delete the second instance without problems the second time.

Doesn't appear to be related even to deleting instances as I see the error message from time to time while doing other operations.

How to repeat:
Unable to repeat.

Suggested fix:
The error message should not be displayed for no reason.

Duplicate of EM-3509 ... looking at the code revision history, the forced "doRefresh" (which would force a reload of the page after server deletion, establishing a new CSRF delete token) was added post-2.1.0.
