Description:
With kernel 2.6.7 and 2.6.8rc replication speed sometimes 
drops to 1-2KB/sec or stops completely. The same setup
works fine when using kernel 2.6.6 instead.

How to repeat:
Set up replication with Linux kernel 2.6.7

More details: we have tested replication using MySQL 4.0.20, between a master and slave with kernel 2.6.7, and it produced similar speed results as ones with 2.4.22.
