Description:
The dropdown list in the Description tab of the Sidebar in MySQL Model view does not appear to support multiple selections on OS X. (Multiple selections are apparently supported on Linux.)

The purpose of this dropdown is unclear. On OS X it appears to always show only the most recently selected item from the main pane of the MySQL Model. What is the purpose of a dropdown that shows only one item?

How to repeat:
Select several objects in the MySQL Model view.

Suggested fix:
WB on OS X should either support the display of multiple items in this dropdown, or the dropdown should be removed if it has no function.

Originally, I thought this behaved "correctly" on Linux and that only OS X was broken, but Linux behavior also seems broken or at least very confusing.

When multiple items are selected in Linux WB, the dropdown at the top of the Description tab in the Sidebar shows "Multiple Items". Attempts to select any of the individual multiple items fails and the selection in the dropdown reverts to "Multiple Items".

If it's possible to select multiple items and edit their Description as a group, as seems to be the case here, but it is not possible to select individual items from the dropdown, what is the purpose of the dropdown? Is it meant only to allow the user to review which items have been selected? If so, I don't believe that the dropdown is the correct control to use for this information.

It's not possible to view objects of different types (Tables & Views) in this dropdown, even though it appears possible to select different types of objects in the main pane.

I don't believe that this dropdown has any useful function on either Linux or Mac OS X. The behavior is inconsistent between these two platforms and confusing on each of the platforms on their own. It seems that this dropdown should probably be eliminated or its behavior made more apparent and consistent.
