Description:
Previously you were able to tell if a server was down from the navigation tree - as the server name would be shown in red text. 

You can no longer see this with the current 2.2 version - for instance if you are on the Advisors tab. 

How to repeat:
o Install and get a number of agents running
o Stop one of the agents
o Navigate away from the Monitor tab, for instance to the Advisors, or Graphs tabs, in the All Servers view
o Try to see whether the server is up or down from the current UI

Suggested fix:
Restore the previous highlighting for the nav tree - to show a server as it is shown in the heatchart, in red
