Description:
The configuration report created by the 2.2 Agent installer references the 2.1 documentation, and just the table of contents at that.  When 2.2 docs are available, these references need to be updated and should point to more specific sections.

How to repeat:
1) Install Agent.
2) Review configuration_report.txt.
3) See references like "https://enterprise.mysql.com/docs/monitor/2.1/en/"
