Description:
There is lots of stuff in README that is not belonging into README.

For example how to install belongs into INSTALL file.

The layout of the dependencies is horrible. Anyway, dependencies also not belong into README. They belong into INSTALL.

Into README belongs "what is Workbench" and a note under which license it is.

The rest belongs either under COPYING or INSTALL.

How to repeat:
$ less README
