Description:
when i create a patch for the storage/ndb tree, i can't verify that it works for ndbmtd because i haven't set up cmake to create a ndbmtd target.

but after i tried compiling ndbmtd, i realized there's quite a bit that needs porting. so i'll solve the cmake problem and wait until we're ready to port ndbmtd to windows

Ported mt.cpp and added ndbmtd to be built on windows. mtr.pl now runs ndbmtd the same way as on any other platform.

Pushed to 7.0

Documented bugfix in the NDB-7.0.11 changelog as follows:

ndbmtd was not built on Windows (CMake did not provide a build
      target for it).

Closed.
