Ported mt.cpp and added ndbmtd to be built on windows. mtr.pl now runs ndbmtd the same way as on any other platform. Pushed to 7.0

Documented bugfix in the NDB-7.0.11 changelog as follows: ndbmtd was not built on Windows (CMake did not provide a build target for it). Closed.
