Description:
agent-host-id parameter is NOT documented here:

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-monitor/2.1/en/mem-cfg-mysql-monitor-agent-ini.html

This would allow users to configure the agent to run on an active/passive failover cluster.

How to repeat:
n.a.

Suggested fix:
add parameter to docu.

I've updated the documentation with a full list of the agent configuration parameters here: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-monitor/2.1/en/mem-deployment-config-agent.html

This includes the agent-host-id parameter
