Description:
There is a tab under "Configuration" which says:

Configuration
Edit my.cnf File

That's not appropriate for Windows installations (which uses my.ini instead), and users could reference any given file as the server configuration file. It might be good to indicate the path of the file being edited, but probably not there, and it's not appropriate for almost all Windows users to call it a my.cnf file.

How to repeat:
View Configuration tab on server administration.

fix will be included in 5.2.11

An entry has been added to the 5.2.11 changelog:

The Configuration tab on the Admin screen had a text label “Edit my.cnf File”. This text was not appropriate as on Windows the configuration file is called my.ini.
