Description:
The right-click menu in the tabsheet has inconsistent capitalization. 

Add new Tabsheet
Split Tab vertically
Split Tab horizontally

How to repeat:
Right-click on tabsheet

Suggested fix:
Add New Tabsheet
Split Tab Vertically
Split Tab Horizontally
