Description:
"Home" tab icons and icon bar vanish when closing EER tab

Icon bar can be restored by opening and closing the SQL editor tab

How to repeat:
- start workbench
- click "Create new EER model"
  -> eer editor tab opens and icon bar changes
- close the EER tab
  -> icon bar vanishes, "Home" icon bar is not restored

Suggested fix:
Don't make it vanish
