Description:
The "Oldest" and "Newest" buttons, and the associated "Previous 50" and "Next 50", seem to have the opposite of expected behavior.

The "Oldest" button shows log entries with more recent timestamps. The "Newest" button shows log entries with the most distant timestamps.

How to repeat:
Well, get a couple pages of log entries and give the Oldest and Newest buttons a try.

Suggested fix:
It seems evident that the "Oldest" button should show the oldest entries, while the "Newest" button should show the newest entries.

I get the same behaviour on Windows XP Pro SP3

An entry has been added to the 5.2.12 changelog:

In the Logs tab of the Administrator, the Oldest and Newest buttons appeared to have reversed functionality. Oldest displayed the most recent timestamps and Newest displayed the oldest.
