Description:
The backtick character (`, ASCII 96) is used instead of the single-quote (', ASCII 39) in the explanatory text of the WB Configuration editor. This is improper.

How to repeat:

Suggested fix:
Use the single-quote character for the apostrophe.

An entry was added to the 5.2.9 changelog:

The Workbench Preferences dialog contained a backtick character rather than a single apostrophe.

Hi,

This bug report has nothing to do with "The Workbench Preferences dialog". There may be improper backticks there, too, but this bug report was about backticks used in description text in the Configuration editor interface.
