Thanks for reporting. This has been fixed in MA 1.0.9 and QB 1.0.5 alpha. Now the two programs install into different directories per default. Until we have an installer for all GUI tools, we have to treat every tool as own product with no shared libs - this gives a small overhead in 4MB in shared .dlls but is a clean solution till we get the general installer.
