Description:
When I upgraded from 1.0.5 to 1.0.6 my saved connections were deleted.  This could be more 
than mildly annoying if you have enough of them saved.

How to repeat:
Install 1.0.5a, save a connection or two, upgrade to 1.0.6a.

Suggested fix:
Do not remove the saved connection settings when upgrading.

I upgraded from 1.0.6 to 1.0.9 and this problem seems to have been resolved.
