Description:
When I want to mail an image from the Graph tab in MEM, I need to drop it on the Mac OS desktop and then from there into the mail - for whatever reason it cannot be done directly.

The filename on the desktop is always Graph.png. I need to rename it before I move it into the mail.

How to repeat:
Open Graph tab. Grab image. Move to desktop. Check filename.

Suggested fix:
Name the images in a sensible way. Sensible would be a unique name, for example hostname-graphname-timestampOfLeftMostPixel-lengthOfGraphInMinutes.png

Also include the hostname and graph name into the image somewhere (upright at the left hand border) in order, together with start and length of graph in order to make then identifyable. Also include this data in an image comment that is accessible to Finder as image metadata. This makes the image searchable on desktops that have desktop search.

Thank you for the feature request.

This was resolved some time ago (in 3.0), with the export png button on graphs (which tell you to right click, save, and let you save as whatever name you like). You can no longer drag pngs from the graphs themselves, as they are all SVG now, with the button doing the work of creating them as an SVG.

Closing.
