For making a deeper analysis here I would need the following informations because this works fine by using Workbench 5.2 on Linux. 1) Which OS (I guess Windows) 2) Which Workbench version

We don't need feedback anymore. Johannes was able to repeat this on Windows by using Workbench 5.2. Verified as described.

An entry has been added to the 5.2.8 changelog: When a table was edited in the EER Diagram view, and Ctrl+S was pressed to save the model, the model file was not saved.
