Thank you for the bug report. Could you please try version 1.2.17. Thanks in advance.

Is there a binary version of 1.2.17 somewhere (for MacOSX 10.6.1)? I could build from source, but I'd have to install fink and all that nonsense.

Sorry I didn't noticed you have reported for MAC OS and you are right there isn't release for it.

Actually, according to http://www.mysql.com/support/supportedplatforms/tools.html GUI tools are NOT supported on Mac OS X. Please, check MySQL Workbench 5.2.x for this platform as possible replacement.

That's a bit of a cop-out -- so that means that there is no *released* (non-alpha) version of this functionality on any platform except Windoze? Not even for, ahem, Solaris? And, if you look here http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/gui-tools/5.0.html You see "The MySQL GUI Tools Bundle for 5.0 includes the following products which are also supported for MySQL 5.1." So the MySQL site is (at least) inconsistent with the info about these tools. This makes me so confident about the future of MySQL once Larry owns the company.
