Description:
It is not possible to restart mgm nodes using RESTART command on ndb_mgm client with reloading config.ini file. ndb_mgmd --reload command should be used to do so, but it's inconvenient in some cases. The best way is to use RESTART command like below:

ndb_mgm> 1 RESTART -r

How to repeat:
nada

Suggested fix:
Please add -r option (or similar) to RESTART command.

We have plans to add a RELOAD command to ndb_mgm, the ndb_mgmd does already support it wihtout restarting.
