Description:
During uninstall a message box of the firewall pops up:

"_uninstall5168 is attempting to connect to a DNS server."

It is not clear for which action the uninstall needs a DNS access as the uninstall works well even if I deny internet access.

This happens both in UI and in unattended mode.

How to repeat:
run uninstall when strict firewall settings are active

Suggested fix:
do not perform internet access during uninstall

The uninstaller checks that the Tomcat and MySQL ports are free before starting the uninstallation to ensure that the servers servers are stopped. The firewall launched the warning because this action tries to connect to the ports. We can remove this checking but it could produce other errors because the servers could be running when the installer try to remove them.
