If creating a new table from administrator and you choose to edit a table, such as to look at some of its definitions, it will open the edit table form in place of the create table form, losing all the work you had to create the new table.

How to repeat:
Perform as above

Suggested fix:
Either ask if you are sure you want to close out without saving your changes, or open in a seperate window.

As a side note, I think you should either make the form modal (a dialog form) or make it appear in the taskbar. Otherwise, the form can easily disappear.

Thanks for reporting. Both issues have been addressed and will be in the next release. The Table Editor will now appear in the taskbar.
