Description:
The Enterprise Monitor should use the latest release of the MySQL server. Version 5.1.40 was just published and has several bug fixes we'd like to get.

How to repeat:
1) Install the Service Manager
2) Observe that the MySQL server that is installed with it is not 5.1.40.

Suggested fix:
Replace the existing MySQL server with 5.1.40.
