What service pack do you have? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit XP?
[15 Oct 2009 15:48] pablo garcia
i work with windows service pack 2 and 32-bits

I can not repeat this with 32-bit XP with SP3. Are you working as a member of (local) Administrators group at OS level?

I'm working as administrator user...
I don't know if it is important but I'm working in a Virtual Machine, but all the anothers aplications are working perfectly here.

I update to XP service pack 3 and the problem still there...

Thank you for the feedback. The issue happens if you test outside of the Virtual Machine XP installation?. Thanks in advance.
