Description:
getMinorVersion() returns 0 for the 3.1.1 driver

How to repeat:
create driver from 3.1.1 jar and call getMinorVersion()

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your bug report!  I get the correct results when using the latest version of the 
development branch, 3.1.3-beta.  An upgrade should solve this problem for you.  Please let me 
know if it does not for some reason.
