Description:
In a lot of cases (I think) the default behaviour for boolean full text searches is useless. If I search for "fulltext default" I don't want all bugs containing either fulltext or default, I want all bugs containing both.
Could you change the default or add a query option to change the default?

> By default (when neither + nor - is specified) the word is optional, but the rows that contain it are rated higher.
