Description:
There are no instructions for downloading the MySQL Enterprise Monitor in the "Getting Started Guide" or on the on-line manual pages.

The Agent download can be difficult to find as it is at the bottom of the download page and not referenced anywhere that I can find. The link on the download page is "Download Monitor & Query Analyzer", it is not clear that the Agent is included there as well.

Same for Product Key and Bundled .jar files.

How to repeat:
Look at the documentation.

Suggested fix:
Include download information, or where to get the information from in the "Getting Started Guide" and on-line.

Include references to these other MySQL Enterprise Monitor items, and the need to download them separately.

I've added a new bullet list to the introduction of the installation chapter that outlines exactly which components (and their filenames, where relevant) are required to perform a basic installation. 

It should be available in the live builds shortly.
