Description:
On some cluster configurations starting/restarting nodes can take a long time due to things such as large fragment logs.

So, when doing ndb_mgm> 2 status it should say something like:

Node 2: starting (Phase 4, 53% complete) (Version 7.0.7)

Obviously this can't be done for all phases and all conditions but if it can be done for some this would be very helpful in estimating how long one would have to wait for a node to start.
