Description:
The upgrade installer seems to overwrite any specified value for
agent-host-id. It's common to specify a value for agent-host-id when using
MEM in HA setups.

How to repeat:
Specify a value for agent-host-id in mysql-monitor-agent.ini, for example:
agent-host-id=ha_machine

Then run a 2.1 upgrade installer.

Suggested fix:
We should not overwrite this option.

A note has been added to the 2.2.2 changelog:

When performing an upgrade, the value of
        <option>agent-host-id</option> would not be preserved.
